OEMB SA is no exception to this rule and, in response to the growing increase in skills required during all phases of modern manufacturing processes, it opened its own training centre in 1994, providing training for sixteen apprentices over a four-year period.
The students, who are admitted to the course following a severe preliminary selection process, receive specific training as polyfunctional mechanics, a qualification recognised at federal level, while at the same time gaining practical experience of what they learn in the factory.
THE OEMB TRAINING CENTRE is quite unique. It is ideally equipped with state-of-the-art apparatus, has its own information technology structures and is connected directly to the manufacturing plants for “real time” checks on what has been learned.
The students are supervised and trained by enthusiastic, qualified experts who are able to provide all of the elements necessary for competent, effective and long-lasting professional training.
